On September 24, 2024, Forbes China unveiled the winners of the "2024 Forbes China Best Employers" awards, with Baidu being honored as the Best Digital Employer of the Year in China.

The "2024 Forbes China Best Employers" selection, a prestigious initiative in collaboration with Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory firm, has concluded after a comprehensive four-month process. More than 100,000 questionnaires were collected throughout the evaluation campaign, which included more than 500 company samples around China. The selection criteria were designed from the dual perspectives of employers and employees, inviting experts and scholars from various fields to assess companies from a diverse array of dimensions. This approach ensured the independence and professionalism of the selection process. Among the candidates for the 2024 China Annual Best Digital Employer, only 10 companies were selected, with Baidu being one of the distinguished honorees.
