Baidu Successfully Listed in S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025
On February 11, 2025, S&P Global released the "Sustainability Yearbook". After conducting a sustainability assessment of over 7,690 companies across 62 global industries, Baidu was successfully listed as one of only 780 selected companies in the yearbook.
As one of the most authoritative sustainability assessment systems in the world, S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook has been screening ESG leaders for 21 consecutive years with stringent criteria. S&P Global conducts assessments in three sustainability areas of greatest concern to domestic and international investors: environment (including climate strategy, environmental policy and management, etc.), society (including human capital management, human rights, privacy protection, etc.), and governance and economy (including business ethics, corporate governance, etc.), and selects ESG leaders in each industry. The ESG leaders in each industry are selected and awarded with different levels of recognition.
The necessary conditions for inclusion in the yearbook are:

The CSA score of the company is not less than 30 points

Must be in the top 15% of the industry

The gap with the industry's highest score is within 30%
According to " S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025 ", Baidu received recognition as a "Sustainability Yearbook Member" , marking its first inclusion in the global edition of the yearbook. In the "Interactive Media, Services & Home Entertainment" industry where Baidu operates, only 11 companies worldwide were recognized as industry representatives.
